The multinational technology consulting firm Izertis has entered Spanish Continuous Stock Exchange’s Market, becoming the third Asturian company to achieve this milestone. Its chairman and CEO, Pablo Martín, rang the traditional opening bell at the Madrid Stock Exchange, marking a historic moment for the company and highlighting that it is the result of a track record of sustained growth and a commitment to excellence.

The firm, founded in Gijón in 1996, has over 2,200 employees and presence in eight countries. The company’s leap from BME Growth to the main stock market excahenge took place without the need to raise new capital, through listing, and with a valuation of € 273.79 million. Since its stock market debutIn the BME Growth in 2019, Izertis has doubled its revenue, tripled its workforce, and completed 24 business integrations.
